Philadelphia Cream Cheese, or just Philly for short, has many possible applications. I grew up spreading it on bagels, and toast, but now I mostly bake with it. I prefer Philadelphia brand cream cheese when baking because some brands can have a sour taste to it or leave after taste in your mouth. I find Philadelphia does neither.

I use Philly when making Oreo truffles or, if it's on sale, I'll make a cheese cake. It's also great in dips.
